I understand that Hodges, Avrutis & Foeller is engaged in debt collection and is attempting to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose.

I understand that any payment made through hodgesavrutis.settlementapp.com is voluntary and that any personal information submitted is done on a voluntary basis, either to make a payment transaction on an account or to communicate with Hodges, Avrutis & Foeller about an account.

I understand that my use of this online payment site is optional.

I understand that unless I am making a payment pursuant to an approved payment arrangement, or unless I am paying my account balance in full, making a payment will not supersede further collection activities.

I understand that this authorization relates to the collection of a debt.

I understand that refunds will not be provided.
